We offer the ability to provide capital for investments ranging in size from $5 million to $75 million of total cost with an investment horizon spanning up to eight years.
Due to the discretionary nature of the HG Funds, we are able to respond quickly and close on investments within a short time frame.
Since 1995, HG has provided capital to support the development of approximately 5 million square feet of commercial projects and over 5,000 residential units.
